I am closed on Sundays and Mondays, and don’t take calls on these days. Tuesday is an admin day - if you have sent an enquiry over the weekend you can expect to hear from me then. Even during work hours I can often be preoccupied with baking orders or other tasks - for this reason I prefer to be contacted via email which I can respond to quicker than voicemails,

While my working/contact hours might not be the norm, they allow me to have time to switch off and enjoy life outside of the CBA kitchen - thanks for respecting this.
