CHRISTMAS ORDERS, 2024
Each year I add a few extra cakes to the menu for the festive season. Traditional fruit cakes are not my thing, I prefer to offer flavours that I think are more suited to an Aotearoa Christmas.
I like to think my cakes make a really nice addition to any Christmas day spread, or an end of year celebrations. They also make really nice gifts for clients, teachers, family, and friends. Please email me if you are interested in placing a large order for corporate gift giving.
During the month of December, CBA is open our usual hours, Wednesday-Saturday. I will be open on Christmas Eve for pick ups between 11am-12pm, and delivery will be available too. Orders for the year will close on the 17th of December at 5pm. Please order well in advance as certain dates tend to book up quickly.

CBA lemon meringue cake
Lemon cake, filled with elderflower cream and strawberry compote. Topped with torched meringue and a crystalised bay leaf
Brown butter, orange and boysenberry
Two layers of buttery sponge,with an orange and brandy soak, filled with boysenberry compote. Iced with browned butter buttercream. Garnished with crystalized orange and bay.
Festive gingerbread
Our signature gingerbread, topped with butterscotch, spiced nuts, freeze dried berries and flowers
Chocolate Rye Brownies
A box of dark chocolate and rye brownies, garnished with gold leaf and dried rose petals.
Our full range is available over the month of December - you can add a gold leaf garnish to any cake of your choice for some Christmas cheer. Just select the gold leaf garnish option when you order your cake online.
